Five apps and a spreadsheet — or one app
Mealique replaces the whole stack: the dozen open recipe tabs, the notes-app shopping list, the calorie tracker, the fasting timer, the weight spreadsheet.
How the week usually goes
- Scrolling recipe sites at 6:30pm, then ordering takeout anyway.
- A notes-app grocery list that forgets half the ingredients.
- One app for recipes, another for calories, another for fasting.
- A macro spreadsheet you stopped updating in week two.
How it goes with Mealique
- Pick a diet and the AI fills all seven days from real recipes.
- The grocery list writes itself from the plan, grouped by aisle.
- Recipes, calories, macros, water, fasting, and weight in one app.
- Logging a meal is a tap, a barcode, a photo, or just saying it.
Eating well in three steps
- 🥑Step 1
Tell us how you eat
Diet, allergies, activity, and goals. Two minutes of onboarding, and every recipe, filter, and calorie target after it is shaped around your answers.
- 🗓️Step 2
Get the week planned
Fill slots yourself, apply a community plan in one tap, or let the AI generate all seven days around your calorie and macro targets.
- 🛒Step 3
Shop, cook, and log it
Your grocery list is already written and grouped by aisle. Logging what you ate is a tap, a barcode scan, a photo, or a spoken sentence.
Weekly meal planner
Plan today, see two weeks ahead
Mealique lays two weeks out as one simple grid: every day, every meal, in a single view. Fill a slot in two taps, and your calories, macros, and grocery list follow along automatically.
- 14 days in one view
- Swap meals anytime
- Built around your targets

AI meal plan generator
A full week, built by AI for you
Skip the blank grid entirely. Pick a diet, confirm your goals, and Mealique’s AI assembles a full week of meals around your calorie and macro targets — from real recipes, not made-up ones.
- Real recipes, not AI guesses
- Allergy-aware by default
- Tuned to your macros

Smart grocery list
Your grocery list writes itself
Plan the food, and the shopping plans itself. Mealique reads your week, combines the ingredients across every planned recipe, and hands you one tidy list grouped the way a store is laid out.
- Built from your plan
- Grouped by aisle
- Check off as you shop

Meal Scan
Snap a photo, know what's in it
Logging food is the part every tracking app gets stuck on. Meal Scan skips the manual search: take a photo of your plate, and Mealique’s AI reads it back as calories, macros, and a health score in seconds.
- Just take a photo
- Instant health score
- Save it as a recipe

Next week could already be planned.

Questions, answered
Is Mealique free?
Mealique is free to download, and the core experience — weekly planning, the recipe library, grocery lists, and daily tracking — is free to use. A premium tier with extra features is planned for a future release; pricing will be announced in the app.
Which platforms is Mealique on?
Both — Mealique is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets. Tablets get a layout adapted to the bigger screen, and your account syncs across every device you sign in on.
How does the AI meal plan generator work?
You pick a diet type and the AI assembles a week around your calorie and macro targets, choosing from Mealique’s vetted recipe library rather than inventing dishes — so every planned meal has real ingredients and real nutrition numbers.
Which diets does Mealique support?
Onboarding lets you pick the way you eat — for example Mediterranean, keto, vegan, or vegetarian — plus your allergies. Recipes, filters, and AI generation all respect those choices.
How does barcode scanning work?
Scanned barcodes are looked up in Open Food Facts, an open database covering millions of packaged products worldwide, and the nutrition is filled in automatically.
Can I really log food by voice or photo?
Yes. Say what you ate and the AI turns it into logged foods with estimated nutrition, or snap a photo of your plate for the same treatment. Both are estimates — you can always adjust before saving.
Ready to stop overthinking dinner?
Plan the week, skip the spreadsheet, and know exactly what’s for dinner — starting this week.
